About The Event

Psychedelics are having a big moment, with a research renaissance exploring their effects and potential in full swing. Taking centre stage is psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms, which have long been used by indigenous communities for purposes of divination and healing.

In this interesting talk, you will learn about how psilocybin imparts its powerful effects on the human psyche. You will also hear how it might treat depression, addiction and other mental health conditions, and potentially lead to the betterment of well people?

The talk will be followed by a Q&A. Doors 7pm, Talk Starts 7.30pm, come down early to grab a drink and a good seat!
